Sachin Manchanda Foundation provides primary healthcare support to the impoverished people of rural India. Primary health care guarantees that patients receive comprehensive care that is as near to their daily environment as possible. Primary healthcare support by Sachin Manchanda Foundation includes promotion and prevention through treatment, rehabilitation, and palliative care.
Maternal & Child Health
Under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), India must decrease Maternal Mortality Ratio i.e. MMR from 167 per 100K live births (2013) to 70 per 100K by 2030. India also aims to decrease the Under Five Mortality Rate to 25 by 2030.
At Sachin Manchanda Foundation, we believe that it is our sacred duty to provide mothers and children with the best healthcare services possible. We have contributed to the improvement of maternal and child healthcare by raising awareness about pregnancy and neonatal care, enabling antenatal care, institutional deliveries, postnatal care, importance of exclusive breastfeeding, immunisation services and diarrhoea management in children.
